We take our customer relationships seriously and guard all sensitive information. Logos we create for you are your property and we will not allow their use by unauthorized parties. We also do not give our customer information - contacts, addresses, account information – without permission. We also do not keep credit card numbers on file unless requested to do so.

 

Company Policies
Scheduling is a live or die matter for a small business. We need enough work to keep people productive, yet not so much that the staff is overwhelmed with overtime. Thus our standard order turn around is 1 calendar week. For large quantities or custom items we like to negotiate delivery along with any discount.

RUSH ORDERS OR EXPEDITED DELIVERY
We understand that things sometimes come up unexpectedly, and we try to accommodate them as we can. However, this means we must either work over-time or move other customers out of line. Therefore as the schedule allows, we will finish an item in 1day for an additional $20, 2 days for $15 and 3 day for $10.00. These charges are in addition to the regular engraving charges.

Discounts
Our standard retail prices reflect our ability to buy stock items in quantity. If we get orders for large quantities, we will try to discount our normal prices. We do this on a cost basis, which includes an estimation of machine and employee time. These last two make it impossible to give the percent of a discount based on the price of an order. We like to work with quotes based on solid information. We will respond quickly to a quote request. Quoted prices are valid for 90 days.

Shipping
We use UPS as tracking is simplified and they pick up from us. The minimum business delivery is $5.50 or residence $7.00. If a customer insists on US Mail, we will do it at cost plus $2 for packing and handling BUT we cannot guarantee receipt or replace lost items. On large orders and trophies we charge the UPS cost plus $5 per box for packing materials and handling. International delivery. We use UPS, but have found that much is involved in getting things across the border. Therefore we need to add $12 per box for packing and handling rather than our usual $5 per box. UPS expedited delivery is available the same as regular shipping, cost plus $5 per box. Remember overnight and especially weekend delivery can be very expensive.

Customer instructions
we follow industry proven engraving standards. We find this gives the most consistent product which we can all feel proud of. In the event that a customer has font, pica and/or style requirements we must request a printed layout of the job. We will then follow that layout exactly. Our suggestion is that you let our expert engraver/designers layout your job as looks best. We do thousands of jobs per year and have a good feel for what works. It does help however when a customer lets us know what sort of look is desired ie: very formal, kind of feminine, kid-like, or the occasion the item is for.

Engineering specifications
When working to tolerances of 1,000ths of inches we must insist on blue prints or engineering specs. Even dash or circuit breaker panels are much easier to do with this information clearly defined.

Commercial Accounts
Most commercial, non-profit or governmental organizations may charge orders with us. We need to have the company name, address and either a fall-back credit card or the name of an individual who will be responsible for payment should a problem arise. Payment must be received within 30 days and we cannot charge less than $10 - it just isn't cost effective.

Payment methods
We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Government cards happily accepted.
